Breaking news on CNN, DC comic hero Booster Gold, err I mean Black Vulcan gets acquitted of charges. All jokes aside, CNN reports that this Seattle local, going by the name of Phoenix Jones (real name Ben Fodor), was arrested on assault charges but was allowed to leave court due to no charges being file at that time.
I am pretty sure this guy has seen the movie Kick-Ass, so why on earth would he still attempt this, and according to the article, continue this. Well more power to the guy. Hopefully he only attempts to stop petty crimes with unarmed assailants. Unlike Kick-ass, he isn’t scrawny, so I assume he can hold his own. Would really hate to see him on the news for another reason.
