Great article in the Mississippi Newspaper The Clarion Ledger. Seems like Hollywood is upping its presence in the deep south.
Recently there has been an increase in movies and TV series being filmed in Louisiana and Mississippi.
This year alone many soon to hit theaters movies were shot. Including The Expendables (Aug 13th 2010), Green Lantern (2011), The Last Exorcism, The Big Valley (2011). Breaking Dawn: Twilight Series 4th movie and many more movies.
HBO has also been a big player in Louisiana with True Blood and Treme TV series.
The Clarion Ledger also goes on to say there are currently 85+ current productions filming right now. Pretty sure all of this is good news for resident Techpedition pundent/Actor James Knotts. Bet his agent is working triple time.
