I’m trying to figure out what the hell Mark Ecko and Bungie were thinking when they decided to make Halo themed Ecko t-shirts.

So, typically I find most of the clothes Ecko creates, to be a bit tacky, but admittedly I am not the target audience…usually.  However, when Ecko steps into the gaming world I become the target audience.  These shirts DON’T appeal to gamers, at least you typical gamers. Yes, I feel comfortable speaking on behalf of all typical gamers.

They are exceptionally tacky and thier gratuitous use of stock Halo pictures proves that this is nothing more than a terrible cash in.  What they should have done is have a team of artists…not some dudes with photoshop…actually draw some custom Halo pieces and use those in a classy yet awesome way (it can be done…I promise).

These shirts benefit no one, and if I see anyone wearing one I may just take a picture and ridicule them publicly on the internet…possibly this very website…so stay tuned.
