Okay boys and girls. For those of you looking for the next big thing in smart phones, the Palm Pre has finally been dated. If you haven’t heard already, The Palm Pre is supposed to be the next great iPhone competitor. Sporting the new Palm WebOS, which has many features such as connecting contacts and calendars, background processing, innovative browser application interactions, notifications, universal search, and combined messaging. It will be interesting to see if this device will give Apple a run for it’s money, considering the previous last great hope, Google G1, didn’t do so well. Get your hands on the Palm Pre on June 6th for $199.
